All payments must be made in the currency and by the method specified in the Agreement or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of Services, withholding of deliverables, and/or the accrual of interest or other charges as permitted by law and by the Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FROLIC FILMS LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with:
